 Connecticut has 49 pledged and 13 unpledged delegates. Of the 49 pledged delegates, 32 are district-level delegates (based on results of a given district's binding primary), 11 are at-large delegates and six are "party leader and elected official" (PLEO) delegates. Of the 13 unpledged delegates, 12 are PLEO delegates and one is an add-on selected by state Democratic committee members on May 12, 2004.
