 Washington, D.C., has 16 pledged and 23 unpledged delegates. Of the 16 pledged delegates, 10 are awarded at ward-level caucuses on February 14 and four "at-large" and two "party leader and elected official" (PLEO) delegates are awarded based on the February 14 caucus results at district conventions held March 6. Of the 23 unpledged delegates, 17 are Democratic National Committee members, four are elected officials and two are add-ons selected by the D.C. Democratic committee members.
