• 7:48 p.m. The New York Port Authority present the Colors
• 7:50 p.m. Olympic gold medal gymnasts Mary Lou Retton and Kerri Strug lead Pledge of Allegiance
• 7:52 p.m. Nicole Mullen of Nashville, Tennessee, sings National Anthem
• 7:55 p.m. Bishop Keith Butler of Southfield, Michigan, delivers invocation.
• 8 p.m. Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Hall of Famer Lynn Swann addresses the convention
• 8:15 p.m. Olympic gold medal figure skater Dorothy Hamill addresses the convention
• 8:30 p.m. The Honorable Michael Williams of Texas addresses the convention
• Donnie McClurkin performs
• 9 p.m. Michael Smith performs
• 9:15 p.m. New York Gov. George Pataki addresses the convention
• 10 p.m. President George W. Bush addresses the convention
