LOU WATERS, CNN ANCHOR: We have on the line with us Robin Horn, who is a spokesperson for the Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas, which is about 20 miles southwest of Little Rock.
We understand that you have been treating people who have been injured by this storm system, Miss Horn.
ROBIN HORN, SALINE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL: That's correct, Lou. We have seen eight individuals with minor injuries that have all been treated and released.
WATERS: Do you know the circumstances surrounding these injuries?
HORN: The information that I have received, Lou, is the injuries have consisted of lacerations, abrasions and contusions, all of a minor manner.
WATERS: Do you know if these folks were outside or indoors, where they were at the time they got hurt?
HORN: I do not.
WATERS: Do you expect more injured patients at your hospital?
HORN: From what we can tell, that these patients had all come in close to the same time frame, and we do have staff on standby in the event that we have any others that come in. But, it appears, at this time, that we have seen those, you know, that have been injured.
WATERS: What's your own personal experience with this storm? We are slowing pictures now. It looks like it's pretty much over, except for some rain, some rain-slick highways. But there seem to be folks getting around perfectly well.
HORN: From what I can see, just from looking out the window, the weather conditions are much clearer now than they were, you know, an hour, an hour and a half ago. So, it does appear to have passed us.
WATERS: Now, that's good. Thank you much for speaking with us, Robin Horn at the Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas.
