KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: We're going to take you live to New York now, where a news conference is being held. We're hearing from attorneys representing three of those convicted. Right now, we're listening to attorney Michael Warren.
Let's listen in.

(JOINED IN PROGRESS)

MICHAEL WARREN, ATTORNEY: ... manipulated, and coerced and ultimately resulted in being a core fiber of their prosecution. It's interesting to note that within four to five months after these young men were arrested -- and you must keep in mind that in spite of these contradictory confessions that contradicted each other -- they maintained their innocence at all times. But four to five months after the arrests of these young boys, a man by name of Matias Reyes was arrested for a -- the same type of crime that involved the rape of the jogger in the case. And what is interesting is that he was interrogated not only by experienced sex crime detectives, but after those sex crimes detectives interrogated him, he was interrogated by experienced homicide detectives.

One of the things that they should have picked up is that in all of the case that he admitted his involvement in, he acted alone. He acted with no one else but himself, and that was significant, because that is the core of his statement here. The revelation here is that he acted alone, and it is a graphic statement, believe me, and it is a statement that the DA, we believe, and we have good reason it believe...

PHILLIPS: Attorney Michael Warren holding a news conference there in New York, talking about new developments in the Central Park jogger case, 13 years after the crime. Questions are now being raised who did it, because three men were convicted. Warren is representing those convicted. And he mentioned Matias Reyes, and this a man, now 31 years old, who has been identified as a new suspect in this case, because of DNA tests. We'll continue to follow this story and bring you the latest.
