Steve Case to Step Down as AOL/Time Warner Chairman in May

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: We have some breaking news to report. We are just getting a report that Steve Case, the chairman of AOL/Time Warner, which is of course the parent company of CNN, is going to step down as chairman effective in May. Apparently, he will continue as a board chairman. That is all the information we have at this point. Steve Case, the chairman of AOL/Time Warner effective in May will step down as chairman of the Time Warner, AOL/Time Warner, of course, the parent company of CNN. Will continue on as a board member. This, of course, comes after months of speculation as to what might happen to Mr. Case. We have had that word today.
