Caracas, Venezuela CNN  —

Venezuelan authorities took opposition leaders Leopoldo Lopez and Antonio Ledezma from their homes early Tuesday.

Lopez apparently had a feeling they were going to move to take him back into custody. He recorded a video message weeks ago, which his wife released after he was taken away. In it he tells his supporters to keep up their struggle.

The latest move against the opposition came as President Nicolas Maduro dealt with international condemnations and sanctions over Sunday’s vote to elect a new body of lawmakers.
