Samsung's Galaxy S20 hasn't been available for a full two weeks yet, but Amazon is already taking $200 off of its regular price. That means you can pick up the Galaxy S20 for $799. The Galaxy S20+ is also seeing a $200 discount, priced at $999. That's the lowest price we've seen for both models.
- Samsung Galaxy S20 ($799, originally $999.99; amazon.com)
- Samsung Galaxy S20+ ($999, originally $1,199.99; amazon.com)
The Galaxy S20 is one powerful phone, packed with Samsung's latest hardware and software features. It has three rear-facing cameras with up to 30x zoom and a 6.2-inch display with a 10-megapixel front-facing camera. The S20+ has a 6.7-inch screen and an extra rear-facing depth sensor.
Inside both the S20 and S20+ are Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor, a 4,000 mAh battery, a microSD card slot, 128GB of storage and 12GB of memory.
The S20 includes 5G support for Sub6 networks, but not the faster mmWave networks that Verizon is using in some larger cities. In other words, you'll be able to take advantage of one type of 5G network with the Galaxy S20, but not both. The S20+ has support for both 5G networks, future-proofing your investment. Both models are unlocked and will work on any U.S. carrier.
Keep in mind that Samsung often runs its own share of promotions and discounts for its phones, but as of right now, this Amazon deal is the one to beat. If you're still on the fence about the S20, make sure to read our review. It's a solid phone, with some minor quirks, but no show stoppers.
