Bearaby’s chunky knit weighted blankets have recently expanded into some rich autumnal hues, but one more colorway has just joined the lineup — and it’s part of a collaboration with reusable water bottle maker S’well that’s just dropped today.
The two eco-minded (and female-founded) brands have come together for a joint water bottle and weighted blanket drop, featuring a pink, geometrically patterned S’well bottle (complete with carry bag and strap) and Bearaby’s Velvet Napper in blush pink with a wide band of white at one end.
A percentage of proceeds from the sale of each exclusive bundle on Bearaby.com and limited-edition bottle at Swell.com will be donated to Lonely Whale, an ocean conservation non-profit.
The Velvet Napper is made from recycled, ocean-bound plastic that would otherwise end up polluting, but it looks and feels like actual velvet. It comes in weights of 15 pounds, 20 pounds and 25 pounds, but a good guide is to go with about 10% of your body weight for peak chill vibes. Meanwhile, the water bottle isn’t just for water — S’well’s bottles keep warm drinks warm and cold drinks cold all day.
Together, the two products helped divert 550,000 plastic bottles from otherwise winding up as pollution in the ocean. Plus, a percentage of proceeds from the sale of each exclusive bundle on Bearaby.com and limited-edition bottle at Swell.com will be donated to Lonely Whale, an ocean conservation nonprofit.
Don’t wait to scoop up this duo from Bearaby before peak curl-up-on-the-sofa season hits — or shop the water bottle on its own over at S’well.
